is there way / tool simulate amazon's simpledb purpose of development?

in quest above, found this tool mac os. can installed on win xp? needless say, simpledb apis need supported.

just in case matters, mine .net based web application.

simpledb/dev runs on windows, linux , mac. wareseeker.com page found has copied information across incorrectly. google code project page tool here
