Oracle JDeveloper - browser Opening issue -

i trying build application (hello world) in oracle jdeveloper , run. ran fine. doesn't open in default browser. edited tools--> preferences --> web browser , proxy --> gave c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe . doesn't work. not try preview.

please me.

what kind of application trying run? simple hello world not open in browser. must jsp or servlet open in browser. please post code , i'll take look.
