hosting - How to forwarding bare domain to www.domain for google app hosted site -

i in process of porting sites own server google (ghs). i've used zoneedit manage dns needs , in past - wrongly or rightly - configured that:

domain.com , www.domain.com pointed to: <my known ip address>

with www sub-domain fine , (www.domain.com) resolves ghs.google.com (via cname entry) , site displayed.

however, if try , reach bare domain (domain.com) ff states unable establish connection. assume because dns configuration has no a ip-address entry anymore.

i considering forwarding url domain.com www.domain.com, although possible zoneedit not recommending think because telling forward requests http://domain.com , leave http://www.domain.com (i.e cname configured).

am handling best way?

please advise.

according article on url forwarding in google apps help, forwarding naked domain www domain best way handle it.

and leave cname record www domain point ghs.google.com, have done.
